	PRECISION AUTOMATIC RIVETTING MACHINES Noise-free operation is obtained by use of compressed air and spinhead. Pin tilting and work deformation are prevented by use of groove grinding mechanism and microstopper. Change of punch shape and jig permits rivetting operation over a wide range for small parts, ceramics, etc. Automatic cycle operation is executed after setting the work and pushing the switch, so that no skill is required. A simple preparatory plan is obtained by jig installation base and punch setting. The base can be removed to allow the unit to be installed on special machines.
